Q: Record-warp-wow occurred. Turntable doesn't pickup stably.
A: Please confirm as follows.
1. Is it horizontally-placed?
2. Please try a disc stabilizer.
3. If record-warp-wow occurred on a particular analog record, you need to do maintenance.
* Notice: Stylus pressure gauge is not attached.


Q: Can FALTIMA010 play or copy Digital Rights Management (DRM) protected music files?
A: It does not support DRM protected music files.


Q: What kind of digital music players is connectable?
A: FALTIMA010 is able to connect USB flash device of USB mass storage class. Hard drive-based music player is not supported.
* Notice: We don't guarantee of proper operation of all digital music players which meet those requirements as above.


Q: What type of LP cartridges FALTIMA010 adopted?
A: The LP cartridge is our proprietary.

Specifications are as above.


Q: Can I record broadcast radio programs?
A: No, it doesn't support recording broadcast radio programs.


Q: Is it possible that timer controlled turn on and off or play music?
A: The product has no timer device.


Q: Can FALTIMA010 convert vinyl collection directly to CD?
A: The CD drive is the Read Only Memory (CD-ROM) drive. CD writing is not supported. It saves to USB flash drive (mass storage class) and SD card.


Q: It doesn't recognize SD cards or USB flash drives.
A: Please confirm as follows.
1. FALTIMA010 supports FAT32/FAT16 format only. NTFS format is not supported.
Format of SD card may be changed by using music player made by other companies.
2. FALTIMA010 supports USB flash drive of mass-storage class. USB hard drive (etc. external hard drive) is not supported.
* Notice: We don't guarantee of proper operation all SD cards or USB devices which meet those requirement as above.


Q: Does FALTIMA010 support a CCCD (Copy Control CD)?
A: It cannot play a CCCD. Do not insert a CCCD, it may cause trouble.

 



FALTIMA030

Q: FALTIMA030 drops down from the edge of stairs.
A: Depending on materials of lower floor, it can recognize steps “over 10cm" gap. Steps "less than 10cm" gap may unrecognizable. In the case that the place is being subjected to direct sunlight, or lower floor is well-reflecting material (like mirror or marble stone), or some object is placed on the lower floor of the step, It may not recognize the steps.


Q: Will FALTIMA030 damage the floor, or carpet?
A: Rotator brush may damage the floor, carpet or other floor material. It depends on the material (ex. Pile length or strength). Please use at your own risk.


Q: FALTIMA030 stops shortly. It doesn't operate.
A: When it doesn't operate normally, please clean the dust bin, wheels, brushes and infrared radiation sensors. Maintenance needs once per 2-3 operations. If lint, hair, and other particulate matter are stuck at wheels or brushes, please remove it frequently. It may cause trouble.


Q: The remote controller doesn't work well.
A: Please press the remote-control button at about one second interval. It takes some time (less than a second) to receive another infrared signal.


Q: How to deal with it if the Cleaner fixes at one place and rotates?
A: Check whether there are junks blocked at the left and right wheel and clean away the dust on the probe at the bottom.
Please confirm as follows.
1. Are sensors (back side of bumper) dirty?
2. Is something stuck between bumpers and pushed to one side oddly?
3. Does lint, hair, or other particulate matter stick at wheels?
4. The place to be cleaned is black or deep colored?
In the case of 1-3, please clean the cleaner.
In the case of 4, according to the nature of infra-red radiation, please change the place of use.


Q: FALTIMA030 falls off a step.
Please confirm as follows.
1. Please confirm the operating manual, troubleshooting "FALTIMA030 drops down from the edge of stairs."
2. Please confirm the operating manual, troubleshooting "How to deal with it if FALTIMA030 fixes at one place and rotates?"
There are no sensors backward of the Cleaner. If this is the case as above the Cleaner may fall.
3. By the remote controller does it made backward movement? There are no sensors backward of the Cleaner. Please be careful to make it go back by remote controller.


Q: Why does FALTIMA030 bleeps while charging at the base plate?
A: When the charging power is on, it bleeps. When charging is completed, it bleeps also. If you feel uneasy about the sound, please try as follows.
1. In the case of the charging base plate, after making sure the charge starts, turn off the power.
2. Connect the attached charger directly when the power is off.
Notice: In these cases, auto-cleaning function and timing-cleaning function are not available.


Q: What should I do if FALTIMA030 did not return to the charging base plate?
A: When the battery starts to run out, it returns to the charging base plate. With "SMALL" or "MEDIUM" cleaning mode, when the battery does not reaches empty, it doesn't return automatically.
By taking too long time to find the charging base plate, it may stop halfway.
Sometimes it stops over a carpet halfway to return to the charging base plate, because of weak motor by low battery charge.

Q: How to turn on the power?
A: Press either volume button (+,-) of satellite speakers once, then the blue light turns on.


Q: How to turn off the power?
A: Press both volume button (+,-) of satellite speakers at the same time, then the blue light turns off.


Q: The speaker doesn't make any sound.
A: Please adjust volume button (+,-). When the power is turned on, the volume is at minimum.


Q: There is only sound coming from one speaker.
A: Wait and see for 30 minutes, playing music. There is sufficient aging process before shipment, however sound comes from only one speaker in a rare case.


Q: There is sound distortion.
A: Bass volume may overlarge. Please adjust the volume.


Q: I can hear noises from speakers.
A: Please connect cables surely.

Q: How can I know the charging is completed?
A: Lisire030 has no indicators of charging completion. Do not charge over 8 hours.
